I love the idea of writing a blog, but always forget about it. That or whenever I really want to sit down and write, something comes up.
Right now, the Mr. and Alivia are sleeping. Cameron is watching a Veggie Tales movie and eating his breakfast. So let's get cracking on this writing thing before chaos interrupts.
I don't remember the last time I wrote a blog, so it's hard to compare what's been going on since then.
Cameron is 4 now, will be 5 in three months. :-( He is, for the most part, still my sweet boy. But 4 has not been kind to us. It's been a roller coaster of emotions, defiance and disobedience. It's definitely been a year of training.
He is loving pre-K, and he has really awesome teachers. It's fun seeing how much he is learning and hearing him talk about his teacher. And even though it's been rough, I still like his age. Although, I think I've liked every age thus far. There's something about watching their little brains develop that is so amazing.
Alivia is 2 and she has quite a personality. She is super sweet, but also feisty. And she's a busy body. Climbing is her game, and she must be watched at all times because of this. A few days ago, I found her sitting on top of her dresser.
Just like her brother, she has really been flourishing in the talking area since turning 2. In the past week or two, she has started using sentences. Most of them are short, three-word sentences. But they are still fun to hear.
She is comprehending more. Yesterday, she pointed to a picture of a goldfish and said "fish!" I've seen her do this with pictures of balls and the potty.
Well, that's about it for updates. Maybe I'll post some pictures next time I remember I have a blog. ;-)
